Welcome to rationalize.me! These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you ("User" or "you") and KOVALCHUK DMITRI, doing business as rationalize.me ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the rationalize.me web application and related services (collectively referred to as the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, including the purchase of a Premium account, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using rationalize.me, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old or have obtained parental or guardian consent, and you are fully able and competent to enter into the terms, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations, and warranties set forth in these Terms.

2. Use of the Service

• You may use rationalize.me for your personal and/or business productivity, subject to these Terms.
• You agree not to engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Service, including but not limited to hacking, scraping, or any unauthorized access to the Service.

3. User Account Types

1. Free Account: Free accounts have certain limitations, as detailed on the Pricing page.
2. Premium Account: By purchasing a Premium account, you will enjoy the removal of limitations and additional functionality. Details are available on the Pricing page.

4. Premium Account Purchase

1. Subscription Plans: Premium accounts are available for purchase on a monthly or annual subscription basis.
2. Refund Policy: Refunds can be requested within three days after payment. Refund functionality is located on the Premium page in the Profile area.
3. Payment Processor: rationalize.me uses bePaid as the payment processor for Premium account transactions.
4. Payment Methods: Premium accounts can be paid for using bank cards.

5. Upgrading to Premium

Users can upgrade their account to Premium from the Premium page in the Profile area.

6. Maintenance and Downtime

The rationalize.me application may be temporarily unavailable during short periods of maintenance. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users in advance when possible.

7. User Responsibilities

1. Accuracy of Information: Users are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date information during the account creation and payment processes.
2. Prohibited Activities: Users agree not to engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Service, violates these Terms, or is harmful to other users or the Company.

8. Refund Policy

1. Refunds: Refund requests for Premium accounts must be submitted within three days of payment. Refund functionality is located on the Premium page in the Profile area.
2. Refund Process: To request a refund, please follow the refund process outlined on the Premium page.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. rationalize.me disclaims all warranties, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rationalize.me shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

11. Intellectual Property

• rationalize.me and its content, features, and functionality are owned by Dmitriy Kovalchuk and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
• You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Service.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belarus, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or revise these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
