bePaid Service Provider

rationalize.me uses bePaid as the payment processor for Premium account transactions.

Based on the concluded agreements, Dmitriy Kovalchuk (doing business as rationalize.me) delegates the processing of personal data of rationalize.me customers who make purchases of goods/services on the rationalize.me website to the following authorized legal entity:

• Name of the Legal Entity, TIN: LLC "iComCharge", TIN 191670289
• Location of the Legal Entity: Republic of Belarus, Minsk, Dzerzhinsky Ave, 104, office 1801
• Purpose of processing personal data: Ensuring the technical capability of conducting payments using bank plastic cards and other payment methods*
• List of processed personal data: Last name and first name of the cardholder, card number, CVC/CVV, email address, order ID
• List of actions of the Legal Entity regarding the processing of personal data: Collection, systematization, storage, use, provision, deletion of personal data
• Processing period: 5 years from the moment of payment

The payment page of the bePaid system complies with all data transmission security requirements (PCI DSS Level 1). All confidential data is stored in encrypted form and is highly resistant to hacking. Access to authorization pages is conducted using a protocol that ensures secure data transmission over the Internet (SSL/TLS).
